Scope of Authorisation
The Client authorises us to act on their behalf in connection with the claim and related matters, including:

• To prepare and assist with written communications with counterparties, regulatory bodies, courts, tribunals, and other relevant third parties.
• To assist with claim preparation and filing, including providing templates, procedural guidance, relevant information, and postal submission services where required.
• To request and access relevant information, including Subject Access Request (SAR) data and other records held by third parties, where necessary for the purpose of progressing the claim.
• To engage in negotiations, assist with settlement discussions, and support the drafting and execution of settlement agreements.

This authorisation shall take effect immediately upon submission and shall remain valid until the claim is fully resolved or until the Client provides written notice of revocation.
