Ambassador Program- PLEASE READ**
Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form plus showing interest in becoming a partner with me by becoming a MVP Ambassador! If you are selected to represent as a MVP Ambassador, I will ask the following requirements: MUST come up with a specialty tea feature and will be named after you for the month! Post and tag MVP Nutrition on social media 3-4 times a week. MUST tag MVP NUTRITION and engage on comments on your content. Also, willing to come in to be recorded and photographed with your drinks. Five ambassadors will be picked each month and will compete for the most points.
How will you earn points (MUST TAG MVP NUTRITION ON EVERYTHING)?
- You will receive points for different posts that you do. - You will receive points when your drink is sold. The ambassador at the end of the month with the most accumulated points will receive the following: $100 STORE CREDIT & $50 DONATION to ANY local NON-PROFIT in your name!!
