Please submit your SAOPA 2026 congress Sponsorship & Exhibition request by completing the form below. Your submission will be date and time stamped, and confirmation will be received shortly via direct email. After confirmation by our office, an invoice will be submitted - please do not make any payment at this stage.
- This application form is updated with sold vs available options, however, final availability and allocation will still be determined by registration forms submitted to and accpeted by SAOPA
- In the interest of fair access and variety, only one package may be applied for at this point. Should any stands remain available after the registration deadline, it will be offered to exhibitors who showed interest.
- Exhibition Staff and Day Visitor Delegates: A seperate form to register these persons as applicable to your chosen Sponsorship/Exhibition package will be sent to you along with the invoice.
- Accommodation: To be booked with hotel directly (the link and information will be available on the SAOPA Website shortly).

4. Visitor Hospitality Options: Please indicate below if you wish to offer any special Hospitality offerings at your stand, including any information you feel should be considered by SAOPA. You are welcome to list up to three preferred options for consideration. (See Prospectus for more information).
