  • Thank you for your interest in the SaddleBrooke Two Patrol Ride-Along Program. This program is designed to promote transparency, education, and trust by allowing residents to observe Community Patrol operations as ride-along observers. Participants must be current residents or property owners, and complete all required waivers and agreements prior to approval. Please review the eligibility criteria and program guidelines carefully and sign the waiver before submitting your application.

  • COMMUNITY PATROL RIDE-ALONG
    LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

    This agreement is entered into by the undersigned participant and SaddleBrooke HOA #2 (“HOA”) and its Community Patrol Service.

    Participation in the Community Patrol Ride-Along Program is voluntary and for observation purposes only.

    I acknowledge that community patrol operations involve inherent risks, including traffic hazards, unpredictable encounters, and emergency situations.

    I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless SaddleBrooke HOA #2, the Community Patrol Service, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    I agree to follow all patrol instructions, remain in the vehicle at all times, not handle equipment, and maintain confidentiality of any information observed.

    I understand this ride-along may be terminated at any time for safety or operational reasons.

    I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and that I have read and understand this agreement.
