KID PWR RUN CLUB | GROWTH LAB ATHLETICS

Kid PWR Juniors PSL (Ages 3-5) - 8 week season begins Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 12pm at Winterlakes Park. Parent participation is required for this program. A minimum of 8 kids are required for a season to start. Kid PWR Striders, for our VB afterschool kids, Ages 6-10. 8 week season begins Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 4pm-5pm at Charles Park. Vero Beach Homeschool, Ages 5-11 begins Monday, April 6, 2026 at 10:15am-11:15am at Charles Park, 8 week season. Port St Lucie Homeschool also starts on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 9:45-10:45am at Winterlakes Park. Believe & Achieve 5k in Vero Beach is tied to all Spring Season.

The sibling rate applies only to additional children within the same household registering for the same season and program. The first child is registered at the full rate. All additional siblings qualify for the sibling rate as long as they are participating in the same program. Sibling discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or applied retroactively. Homeschool Scholarship Notice (Step Up for Students). Kid PWR Enterprise LLC is not a direct provider of the Step Up for Students scholarship program. Families using scholarship funds must pay registration directly and may request a receipt for reimbursement. To request a receipt, please email: kidpwr.runclub@gmail.com. Include your child’s first and last name in the subject line and indicate the program/session in your email. Receipts will be provided within 1 week after payment is received. 

Please carefully review the following policies. Participation in Kid PWR Enterprise LLC programs requires agreement to all terms below. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to all policies below.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other injuries. By enrolling my child in Kid PWR Enterprise LLC programs, I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for participation. I release and hold harmless Kid PWR Enterprise LLC, its owner, coaches, staff, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize Kid PWR Enterprise LLC staff to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand I am financially responsible for any medical care provided. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

The first or second class of each season is offered as a trial opportunity. Registration closes after the second scheduled class of the season. Once payment is submitted and the athlete participates beyond the first class, enrollment is final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers are issued for: • Missed classes • Illness • Schedule conflicts • Withdrawal • Change of mind • Behavioral dismissal. Refunds are only issued if a program is canceled by Kid PWR Enterprise LLC. Spots are reserved upon payment and enrollment secures placement for the full season. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Outdoor training is subject to weather conditions. If a class is canceled due to weather, class will be rescheduled at the end of the season. No refunds or credits are issued due to weather cancellations. Safety decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kid PWR Enterprise LLC. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

To protect the health and safety of all participants, athletes who are sick must remain home. Participants must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before returning. Due to the structured and seasonal nature of our programs, no refunds, credits, or individual makeup sessions are provided for absences due to illness. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Enrollment secures your athlete’s placement for the full season regardless of attendance.

Kid PWR Enterprise LLC is committed to providing a safe, structured, and positive training environment for all participants. Athletes are expected to: • Follow coach instructions • Demonstrate respectful behavior toward coaches and peers • Maintain safe conduct during drills and activities • Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior. Safety is our highest priority. If a participant engages in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or repeatedly disregards instruction, the following steps may occur: 1) Verbal redirection and coaching correction, 2) Temporary removal from activity during the session, 3) Parent communication, 4) Dismissal from the program if behavior does not improve. Kid PWR Enterprise LLC reserves the right to remove a participant at any time if their behavior compromises the safety or experience of others. Dismissal due to behavior will not result in a refund. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All behavior-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kid PWR Enterprise LLC.

I understand that Kid PWR Enterprise LLC may take photographs and/or video recordings during program activities for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on websites, social media, printed materials, and digital communications. I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for such use and that no sensitive personal information will be disclosed.

Online registration requires immediate payment to secure your athlete’s spot. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
