Submission of this affidavit is a condition of continued inclusion on the Maryland Solar Access Program (MSAP) Participating Contractor List.
This Compliance Affidavit is required for all contractors participating in the Maryland Solar Access Program (MSAP). The purpose of this form is to document each Participating Contractor’s formal acknowledgment of and commitment to comply fully and without exception with the FY26 Consumer Protection Policy and all applicable MSAP requirements. By submitting this Affidavit you are agreeing to review and comply with all MSAP requirements. Failure to submit this form by March 16, 2026, will result in removal from the Participating Contractor List and loss of eligibility to participate in the program.
