Clone of 2024-2025 SAE Award Nomination Form for FSC Staff & Province Archons
  • Fraternity Award Competition: Nomination Form

  • As part of Sigma Alpha Epsilon's Fraternity Award Competition process, we seek the nominations of Province Archons and Fraternity Service Center Staff for awards for which chapters, alumni associations, advisory boards, house corporations, and individuals should be considered. Based on your nominations, groups and individuals will be contacted and informed that you nominated them to apply for an award.

The chapter awards for Zeal, Chapter Achievement, Emerging Chapter of the Year, and Most Improved Chapter of the Year require a nomination in order to be considered. No other awards require this. Groups and individuals may still apply for an award without a nomination. However, nominations for all awards you would consider them for are appreciated. The intent is to encourage more groups and individuals to apply for awards, even if they're not applying for Zeal or Chapter Achievement.

  • Please fill out one form per chapter, alumni association, advisory board, house corporation, or individual, as all fields pertain only to that group or individual. All nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 11:59 pm CT. If you would like to view the descriptions and requirements for the various awards, you can find them on the SAE Website HERE.

    For each award, please:

    1. Select "Recommend" if you recommend the group for the award.
    2. Select "Do Not Recommend" if the group should not be considered for an award.
    3. Leave the selection BLANK if you have no particular opinion about the chapter applying for the award.

A copy of this form is stored electronically and is routed via e-mail to the address you provide. For questions, contact the Director of Education, Hannah Blenden, at education@sae.net.
