    *Your family MUST have an account with us before we can register your child. *There are NO REFUNDS after the registration deadline: Sunday, April 19th at 12:00pm

  • Pricing and camp schedule:

    All week Half Day (8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.) $240
    All week Full Day (8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.) $405
    Sibling Discount: $50 each week simultaneously enrolled

    Extended care will be available on a daily reservation basis for $25 per child, per day. Extended care will allow for an 8:00 a.m. drop off and kids may stay until 4:00. Kids will have the opportunity to enter the gym early in the morning and stay and have an extra snack and play in the afternoon until their afternoon class or pick up. Daily extended care cannot be further prorated.

    *Registration Deadline is Sunday, April 19th to make any changes to camp reservations, or request a credit for camp cancellation without penalty. You are able to cancel camp and request a refund before the registration deadline, and an admin fee will be charged. Prices will increase by $20 on Monday, April 20th. * NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 19th - GYM CREDIT ONLY W/ ADMIN FEE

    Only FULL WEEK reservations are available during Summer Camp. All weeks are gymnastics camp with games and activities that revolve around the weekly theme.
    Regardless of the theme, camp will include the following:
    • Popsicles on Tuesdays
    • Water Day on Wednesday (please send your child with sunscreen, a towel, and a swimsuit or change of clothes!)
    • Jumping Castle Thursday
    • Pizza on Friday (see below for more information)

  • Daily snacks and Pizza Friday is provided by OPGA – if your child has a food sensitivity or preference, please send him/her with her own snacks and on Friday with a lunch, or arrange for a personal delivery to arrive at 11:30 on Friday.

    CAMP POLICIES: FAMILIES WHO REGISTER FOR CAMP ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THESE POLICIES OR FORFEIT FUTURE CAMP ATTENDANCE.

    ¨ Before registering for camp, family must have an account (or create an account) on our Customer Portal and accept all policies and waivers for any participating kids.
    ¨ Any camp cancellation request for a gym credit/or changes to enrollments may be done without penalty until the registration deadline (see camp form). The deadline to submit a camp cancellation request for a refund for Summer Camp is Sunday, April 20th by 12:00pm.
    ¨ After the camp registration deadline, payments may be credited toward your gym account (minus an administrative fee) only if we are able to fill your space. A camp cancellation form must be filled out to be eligible to receive credit. You will lose your deposit if we are unable to fill your space.
    ¨ Partial week credits/refunds are NOT available if the camper is absent for any day for any reason.
    ¨ Any changes / additions / deletions made to registration must be made on the original registration form and done in person or in writing, not verbally. Please check your personal and school calendar before making a deposit for camp.
    ¨ FULL WEEK reservations: 50% down payment of camp tuition is due upon registration to reserve your space for FULL WEEK reservations. The balance of each week of camp is due by the Saturday before each respective week of camp.
    ¨ Parents are required to come into the building to sign in their child(ren) and identify the pick-up person each day.
    ¨ Maximum daily enrollment is based on coaches available so we can maintain a safe coach to child ratio.
    ¨ Photos taken may be used for advertisement purposes.
    ¨ T-shirts are guaranteed for children who sign up for full week camp before the registration deadline for the Early Bird rate. T-shirts are distributed the Thursday of the first week of camp the child attends. One t-shirt per child for the summer.
    ¨ Parents will be called to pick up a child who is jeopardizing the safety or camp experience of others.
    ¨ Children/families who do not respect camp coaches and other attendees may be denied future camp attendance.
    ¨ Parents should call immediately if their child is expected to be absent for any reason to maximize the chance of receiving a credit.
    ¨ DO NOT send a child to camp if he or she is sick or has symptoms of being sick.
