What to expect:
This is a 30-minute virtual review of specified cases over zoom. This form is encrypted so all medical information submitted is secure.
This is meant to support you and your relationship with your current vet and will not include diagnosing, treatment plans or prescribing.
This will provide a second opinion through a holistic lens that supports the whole horse - and why so much information is required in advance, so we can look at the whole picture to see where there could be foundational gaps addressed.
This is meant to provide insight and education on whatever you're looking for support on. That could be:
- A second opinion on a lameness exam/dental exam/ current diagnosis etc.
- A second opinion on radiographs or current treament plan
- Support around building language to discuss further questions or concerns with your vet
- Another lens if you feel like something is 'off' that isn't showing up on exams or any current testing
- A deeper review of bloodwork & labs to gain a better understanding of what they mean
- Reviewing new rehabilitation cases in your program
- Body lameness that you're struggling to pinpoint
The goal is to provide clarity for you on your horse care and what steps to take to support that moving forward.
The cost is $100 USD, payment due at the time of submitting this form.
From there, within 7 days you will get an email with availability for scheduling the call. This provides time for me to review the form, assess if there's additional information needed to best support you and your goals, prior to scheduling our call.
