Hello beautiful sisters!We’re so excited you’ll be joining us for the Summer Retreat for Nature Loving Sisters. You should have received a pdf document titled “Offerings for the July 17–19 Sisters Retreat.” Please take a few moments to read through it before making your selections. It will help you thoughtfully design your weekend experience.As you choose your activities, I invite you to tune into what feels most aligned for you and your sister. This retreat blends meaningful ceremony, creative workshops, summer adventure, and spacious downtime.You get to be intentional about how you spend your time.Resist the urge to sign up for everything. Instead, consider:Are you craving shared experiences and connection?Would you like quiet time in nature?Do you feel called toward creativity and ritual?Are you wanting movement and play?Or a gentle balance of it all?There is no right way to do this weekend — only what feels nourishing and alive for you.Private treatments (Massage, Osteopathy, Facials, Reiki) are available at an additional cost and are paid directly to your practitioner on the day of your session. Accommodations are shared spaces & will be tailored to how many are in your group and also if there are medical needs that require you to have access to electrical plug ins or bathroom at night. For all beds, a mattress protector and fitted sheet are provided. You will need to bring your own pillow and sleeping bag/comforter. There is also the option of bringing your own tent as there is a beautiful riverfront camping area. We also have tents that you can borrow if you'd like to tent but don't have one. Retreat Payment:The total cost of the retreat is $595 + HST ($672.35).To reserve your space, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit secures your accommodation and private treatment & allows us to begin preparations for the group.If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to choose a 4-installment payment plan of $168.08 x 4. The full balance is due by June 19, 2026. Retreat Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to balance compassion with the practical realities of retreat planning.The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made on or before June 19, 2026 will receive a refund of any payments made minus the deposit. Cancellations after June 19, 2026 are non-refundable, as retreat costs and accommodations will have been finalized. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person (with prior notice), or we’re happy to explore applying your payment as a credit toward a future Wild Grounded retreat.
