    Join us on Saturday 25th July at Newport Quay as we challenge teams of 10 to pull an 18-tonne Fire engine 50 metres in the fastest time.

  • Event Details:

    * Entry £150 per team - additional sponsorship is encouraged. * All participants must be 16+ * Fancy Dress Optional * All participants will receive a medal. * Winning team will receive winners trophy and bragging rights * Come along, spread the word, support the teams. * Invite your friends and family to come and join in the fun. * Food, drinks and live music all day.

  • About the Wight Brainy Bunch

    The Wight Brainy Bunch are a small local charity who provide emotional support and financial assistance to brain tumour patients and their families on the Isle of Wight, by funding services such as travel, counselling, physiotherapy, purchasing of specialist equipment, cognitive rehabilitation therapy, small grants, complementary therapies and short memory making or respite breaks for those with a terminal diagnosis.

    * Entry fee is payable within 21 days (if payment is not received, we reserve the right to reallocate the space to another team). * Cancellation after 1st June will receive no refund. * Once we have received payment for your pull space(s), we will send you all the information you will need for the day and to advertise your team's pull. * Teams consist of 10 members (over 16). Teams may consist of fewer pullers, but the cost per team remains the same. * All pullers will be required to complete a waiver on the day. * Teams must arrive 1 hr prior to their pull time.
