  • PLEASE NOTE: If requesting a language other than Spanish, you MUST notify the Court if the case is continuing (or will otherwise not be heard) a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours in advance. If the hearing is not cancelled in an appropriate amount of time, the Court is held responsible to pay the interpreter. As a result, if you fail to make this notification, you may be ordered to reimburse the court for this cost.
