Milton Minor Lacrosse Association Tournament Team Registration
Please register your team for the 2026 Jim Leworthy B/C Minor tournament. 4 game guarantee, cost is $900 per team. Only registrations submitted on the right day and time as per the OLA Tournament Committee calendar will be accepted. Once the form is received by the MMLA and teams are informed of their selection, they have 72 hours to confirm their space with payment. Payment can be e-transfered or thru Peloton to mmla.treasurer@milton-mavericks.ca. Please see our website for info on refunds. If this is your first tournament of 2026 please be aware that the OLA Maintenance of Order will be required.
