Setup Requirement: Tents 10x10 are required and must be properly secured with weights. For safety reasons, no stakes are allowed. Vendors without proper tent weights will not be permitted to set up. Power is not provided. Event Hours & Breakdown Policy: Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. No early breakdown is permitted. Pack-up will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Out of respect for fellow vendors and guests, everyone must stay fully set up and ready to sell until that time.

Vendor Fee: $30 Payment Due: Upon approval to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the event date. Your first cancellation (with proper notice) may be transferred to the next available event. After that, all payments remain non-refundable. Please communicate with me I understand that life happens and aim to be fair and flexible when possible. Liability Disclaimer: By participating in this event, the vendor agrees that J. Ortiz Creations & Sweets and Southern Petals & Pour are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, injuries, accidents, or liabilities that may occur before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment, products, permits, and insurance.
