Parent/Guardian Consent for Water, Camping, Sports and Hiking Activities: I give permission for my above named Young Man to participate in swimming, canoeing, and other water activities at Young Men's Camp. He is physically and medically able to do so and agrees to abide by the set dress standards in swimming attire. This includes modest swimwear, and no street clothes in the lake as it impedes the lifeguards' ability to rescue a struggling swimmer. Closed toed shoes must also be worn in the lake specifically to avoid fishing hooks on the shore. Further, I understand camp is an experience with camping/sleeping under the stars, hiking, archery, axe throwing, gun shooting, arts, crafts, outdoor skills and other experiences and activities. My Young Man has permission to engage in all prescribed camp activities. I also understand that I am responsible to come pick up my Young Man from camp should he become ill or injured.
