This form is for the 2026 Cockburn Esports Championship STUDENT day held in partnership with the City of Cockburn and the Australian Esports League.

This event is to be held 2nd April 2026 at the Cockburn Youth Centre, 25 Wentworth Parade, Success WA 6164.

The event will run from 9:00am - 3:00pm, competitions begin 9:30am and finish 2:00pm.

This form is to be filled out by a teacher or school representative.

NOTE:

• Entry is FREE.
• There is a limited student cap per school per competition, this allows equal opportunity for all schools to participate.
• Participants must be in years 6-12.
• Each competition is capped, any spare places closer to the competition date will be offered to existing participating schools.
• Participation is based on a first come first served basis.
• All students must wear their school uniform on day of participation.
• The event will feature some photography to capture the day.

Junior Division (Years 6-9):

• Mario Kart (64 player cap, up to 8 students per school)
• Just Dance (64 player cap, up to 8 students per school)
• F1 (32 player cap, up to 4 students per school)

Seniors Division (Years 10-12):

• Smash Bros. (64 player cap, up to 8 students per school)
• FC (32 player cap, up to 4 students per school)
• F1 (32 player cap, up to 4 students per school)
