    In this session, your presenters will outline the NSW HCCC’s role, responsibilities, and complaint management processes. You will learn about the Commission, how complaints are managed and what you should do if you need to respond to a complaint.

    About the presenters

    Robina Jones

    Robina is a Resolution Officer at the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission. Prior to this, Robina worked for over 20 years as a social worker in NSW Health in a range of roles within hospitals, community health and education.
    Belinda is a Resolution Officer at the Health Care Complaints Commission who operates as an impartial facilitator within the context of the NSW health care system. Belinda has an extensive background in psychology, mediation, and community services engagement.
