⚠️ TRACK / RACING RULES & REGULATIONS ⚠️
For everyone’s safety, please take note of the following:
1️⃣ All cars must be equipped with seatbelts.
2️⃣ Helmets are mandatory for all competitors.
3️⃣ A valid driver’s license is required.
4️⃣ No alcohol is permitted in the pit area.
5️⃣ Alcohol consumption by drivers or crew = instant removal 🚫.
6️⃣ Drivers must be properly attired – no shorts, no slippers. Closed-toe shoes only 👟.
7️⃣ All drivers must have experience racing their vehicle.
8️⃣ While competing: Helmet + Seatbelt/Harness = Required.
9️⃣ All drivers must sign a waiver releasing the Tobago Motor Sport Association and all event partners from liability.

Please note that if you’re approved and your vehicle does NOT pass the safety inspection on the day of the event, you will not be allowed to participate in any of the competitions or races. Please note that if your vehicle does not pass the safety inspection on the day of the event NO REFUND will be issued. In the event of rain or any type of bad weather, there will be NO REFUNDS given, as this is considered an act of God, beyond our control. LIABILITY RELEASE
I (Driver’s Name) AGREE THAT: In consideration of Tobago Motorsport Association permitting me to participate in the Motor Warz 1 Car Show and Drag Races under the terms set forth herein, I agree to hold harmless, release and discharge Tobago Motorsport Association, its owners, agents, employees, committee members, officers, governors, managers, representatives, assigns, members, owners of premises, affiliated organizations, insurers, and others acting on its behalf (herein collectively referred to as “Associates”), of and from all claims, demands causes of action and legal liability, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, due to Tobago Motorsport Association and/or its’ associates from ordinary negligence; and I do further agree that except in the event of Tobago Motorsport Association’s gross negligence and willfull and wanton misconduct, I shall not bring any claims, demands, legal actions and causes of action against Tobago Motorsport Association and/or its associates as stated above in this Release, for any economic or non-economic losses including bodily injury, death or property damage, sustained by us in relation to the premises and operations of Tobago Motorsport Association.
I warrant and represent that the Release is executed of my own free will. This Release shall be deemed continuing unless revoked in writing by certified mail – such revocation effective only on and following the date received by Tobago Motorsport Association.
