Signature Event Designs, in partnership with Yorktown Center, is excited to host 3 fun-filled INDOOR dog-friendly events at 203 Yorktown Shopping Center in Lombard, IL, showcasing your pet themed products and services! Each meet-up will also feature dog activities, contests, photo ops, giveaways, raffles and much more. You can choose 1, 2 or opt for all 3 events at a discounted bundle price. Happy Tails 4 Happy Homes Pet Expo (Saturday, June 20, 10am-3pm) - 10x10 Space (no electricity) $75.00

Howloween (Thursday, October 29, 5pm-7pm) - 10x10 space (no electricity)$55.00

Hold Harmless Agreement - I do hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Signature Event Designs and Yorktown Center (YTC) from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in conjunction with the actual or proposed use of Yorktown Center services and/or the activities, functions, events, or proceedings of the Happy Tails 4 Happy Homes Pet Expo, Howloween and Holiday Pet Market. If you agree to the above Terms and Conditions please type “ I Agree” below. *

Vendor Agreement - Space will not be reserved until payment is received. All booths are reserved on a first-come first paid basis. All vendor fees are non-refundable, with some exceptions. Details of set up and layout will be provided at least one week prior to the event. All sale items, display racks and tables must remain within assigned space at all times. All tables must be covered to the floor. No equipment, products or displays will be attached to the building. Signature Event Designs and Yorktown Center reserve the right to prohibit printed material or activity that, in their opinion, deem unsuitable or inappropriate. Vendors, their employees and volunteers will be responsible for any physical damages to Yorktown Center and all rented equipment as defined in your contract and agreement. Vendors, their employees and volunteers must adhere to Yorktown Center rules of the facility. Failure to comply will be subject to fines and/or dismissal as defined in the Yorktown Center ordinance. Yorktown Center and Signature Event Designs retain all rights to close the event due to circumstances beyond their control; such as power outage due to storms and inclement weather deemed hazardous to the participants and guests. Fees paid will be applied to another scheduled show. Vendors bringing their dogs attest that all are current on vaccinations and/or treatment of any illnesses or diseases. All dogs must be leashed at all times. Vendors will be fully responsible for any physical harm caused by their pets to guests, vendors, and all others having an interest in the pet events. While Signature Event Designs and Yorktown Center will be promoting the event through various forms of advertising, they cannot guarantee foot traffic or sale of your products and services. No refunds will be issued. If you agree to the above Terms and Conditions please type “ I Agree” below. *
