FOOD DISTRIBUTION RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that the food products I am receiving from Ecosante Consulting LLC were originally intended for composting or disposal and may not meet retail food standards.

By accepting these items, I understand and agree that I am doing so voluntarily and entirely at my own risk. I release and hold harmless Ecosante Consulting LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, successors, assigns, and affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, loss, or damages arising from or related to the handling, inspection, transportation, storage, preparation, consumption, distribution, or use of these items.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to inspect the food and determine whether it is suitable for my intended use. I accept all food items as is, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

I further agree that the food collected is intended solely for free distribution or personal use and shall not be sold or offered for resale.

This Release and Waiver shall apply to this and all future food pickups, distributions, and related activities conducted by Ecosante Consulting LLC d/b/a Fertile Earth Worm Farm ("Fertile Earth"), unless and until replaced by a subsequent written agreement or revoked in writing by either party.
