• This form is for CF22 pick-up OTS day 1-2 & LOCAL mail order !!!
• Form will be closed on 18/3/2026 WIB 23.59 After the form is submitted, a confirmation invoice will be sent at maximum after 2x24 hours through email. If no invoice is sent by then; please send me a dm !!!
