Spotlight NEW Affordable Housing communities

Submit your affordable housing property for possible inclusion in TAAHP's 2026 Texas Affordable Housing Magazine
We have a few requirements for your submissions:
1. Only submissions by TAAHP members will be accepted. If you're not a member, you can join online at taahp.org/join
2. The property must be 0-2 years old; rehabs will not be accepted in this category
3. If the property has been featured before, it will not be accepted (properties that have been submitted before but were not selected can be resubmitted if they still meet the criteria of 0-2 years old)
4. You must provide high resolution interior and exterior professional photography (40% to 50% of the high-resolution photos should include photos of your residents).
5. Submit professionally written stories. Please review previous magazines for examples.
Professionally written stories with high quality photography are the key criteria to being selected for a two to three-page feature.

One of our new initiatives is to “put a face on affordable housing” by highlighting important resident stories that will communicate how residents benefit from access to safe, high quality, affordable housing.
