This is a one-day, outdoor, market event held at Lowe Park in Old Brooklyn. This event is hosted by Pedal for Prizes and Ghost Market CLE.
Pedal for Prizes:
Around 500 people will be riding to the park to register for a small business scavenger hunt around Old Brooklyn.
Riders start at the park at 10AM and have until 2PM to ride to all of the participating small businesses. They are given a card for the businesses they visit to punch. When riders return to the park, they turn their punch cards in for raffle tickets that then can be used to win prizes.

Ghost Market:

Ghost Market wants to activate the space and include even more local small businesses into the mix!
Vendors will be set up at the park for a Ghost Market event that will run at the same time as the Pedal for Prizes event.

Set-up & Tear Down-
Vendors can arrive as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 9:00 AM. If you arrive after 9:30 you may be told you are unable to vend the event.
If you are going to be late, it is important to contact Anna, Max, or Tess and notify them.
The event ends at 3:00 PM. You can start to pack-up at 3:00 PM, not before. If you sell out before 3:00 PM, please feel free to "close" your booth and hang out. This is to prevent any chaos or issues that come with loading out while customers are still in the area.
Table Fee: $75
Vendors may choose between paying a table fee of $75 or paying a table fee of $50 and submitting a raffle prize item.
The raffle will be used to support the event in 2027.
To be paid 1 week after acceptance emails are sent, when signing the vendor agreement via Jotform. Contact us if you need an extension on your payment period.
Booth Info:
-Each vendor will get a 10ft by 10ft outdoor space.
-Shared booths are allowed at this event (2 vendors per booth)
-You will need your own tent, tent weights, table, table covering, and chair. A tent is required (the sun can be brutal, if you don't have a tent ask around about sharing / borrowing one!). Your tent must have tent weights.
(Don't let these stop you from applying! If you are accepted and need help sourcing these things, let us know.)
-Your set-up is yours to decide on, as long as it isn't impeding on others, feel free to get creative!
Parking:
Free!
You will pull up to the sidewalk and unload your car. Volunteers will be there to help you to your location. Once you unload you can park at William Cullen Bryan Elementary School or you can utilize street parking on one of the surrounding city streets.
Signage and Advertising:
Ghost Market will be running paid ads on Instagram in the form of stories, posts, and reels. We will also be distributing physical flyers all over the Cleveland area.
Leading up to the event, there will be signs for it posted at and around the park.
On the day of the event there will be signs at the surrounding intersections and main roads directing people to the event.
Vendor Selection:
-We will collect all of the applications and scheduling information from vendors, map out who can vend and where they will be. After we get this laid out, we will contact everyone who applied and let them know if they are vending and when. We will also send emails to those who are not selected and are on the wait list.
-Applications will close on Friday, April 3rd 2026
-Vendors will be announced on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026
