Terms and Conditions
1. Submitting the form means you understand and agree to Yoonkook Shop PH's terms and conditions.
2. Must be 101% sure buyer before you submit your order. Any cancellations will not be entertained.
3. Bogus buyers will be posted. Details of our buyers will be use for shipment purposes only. However, Yoonkook Shop PH has the right to post your details if you did not pay your orders on time without any notice.
4. Pay on the given deadline. Buyer agrees to pay Yoonkook Shop PH P50.00/week for any late payment.
5. No Payment Form, No Payment Received.
6. No rush orders. All merch that we sell will be coming mostly from South Korea or other countries, normal ETA takes 3 to 5 weeks sea cargo.
7. Refund is only applicable if the item is out of stock/sold out.
8. Yoonkook Shop PH is not liable of any damage/lost/delay that the package might encounter while shipping.
9. Yoonkook Shop PH is not liable for any factory defect made by the Entertainment company since items are sealed. If such, need to provide unboxing video as proof that item is incomplete. We shall assist the client to request for the additional item in case such event occur.
10. Give us time to pack your items once it arrives in our address. After packing, we will surely schedule pick up or shipment of your item. No shipment form, no shipping of items.
11. Returned items made by courier which were not received by the buyer will only be ship out again if buyer will pay all the shipping fee incurred.
12. In case of missing items, need to provide unboxing video as prood that items received are incomplete. No unboxing video, no refund.
13. If you are under 18 years old, must have parent's / guardian's consent before placing an order from us.
