Photographers are invited to submit works in response to the forthcoming exhibition from Felt Photographic, WOMAN - images that have been created to express the experience of being a woman, how you see/experience womankind or how you’re impact by a woman you know.

The exhibition will be curated entirely on the Felt Sense, from how the panel responds emotionally and somatically to works received, to how the images will be arranged in the exhibition. Felt Photographic celebrates the fundamental call to create - to help make sense of the world, who we are and our place in it. Felt Photographic believes that all art is valid and all responses are entirely subjective, therefore submissions will not be critiqued, scored or judged - simply felt, noticed and appreciated.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please title your image with your NAME and SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLE.
• Felt Photographic is the online gallery space from Feel More Creative www.feelmorecreative.org/feltphotographic
• Any photographic artist (pro or amateur) over 18 may submit whilst the call is open from 9am BST Monday 13 April 2026 to 9pm BST Sunday 7 June 2026.
• Max one image per artist, open to worldwide submissions.
• Work can have been completed at any time but must be wholly devised, created, owned and photographed (including post production) by the submitting artist alone (no workshops or other training shots permitted) and have been created for emotional expression, responding to the title, WOMAN.
• Work must be submitted via the online form only with jpg files no larger than 2MB; stills only, no moving graphics and without watermarks.
• All model permissions must be received in writing and evidence maybe asked for.
• Any AI, art other than photography and non-original compositional elements (including stock photography) that are not photographed and owned by you, may not be used.
• You must own the copyright and any evidence of plagiarism, AI or non-photographic art will cause your entry to be removed. You maybe asked to send your original RAW/JPG file as evidence.
• Panel will make selections based on their emotional response only. As many submissions as possible will be shared on stories @feltphoto (Insta), @feelmorecreative (Insta & Substack) and @feelmorecreativ3 (FB)
• Artists selected for the exhibition will be notified the week commencing 22 June 2026 via email from kat@feelmorecreative.org - please monitor your Junk. Panel’s selection is final.
• Exhibition runs 1-31 July 2026 at www.feelmorecreative.org/feltphotographic
• Copyright and all other intellectual property remain with the artist.
• By entering the open call you agree for your image to be used for show-casing and all marketing, promotional, workshop, talks and training purposes by Felt Photographic and Feel More Creative in relation to the exhibition, and for programmes to help people understand and experience the Felt Sense process. Artists will be credited wherever images are used with a social media or website link.
• Felt Photographic and Feel More Creative reserves the right to not include submissions that do not adhere to the rules or for any other reason deemed not in keeping with the premise of Felt Photographic.
• Panel members, curator and all other persons involved in the exhibition and running the gallery space do so without any financial payment.
• By submitting you agree to these terms and conditions failure to do so may result in your submission being disqualified.
• Your email details will only be used for the purposes of this exhibition, unless you sign up for the Feel More Creative e-newsletter.
• No correspondence will be entered into.
• These rules maybe changed or modified without notice.
