Enrollment reserves a seat for your child in a small group class with limited spots. Tuition is charged per 12-week session.
Families may choose to pay the full session tuition prior to the start of the session or select the monthly payment option. The monthly option is offered as a convenience and represents a payment plan for the full 12-week session, not month-to-month enrollment. By selecting the monthly payment option, families agree to the full session tuition and understand that payments will continue for the duration of the session regardless of attendance or withdrawal.
Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. A 5-day grace period is provided. Payments received after the 5th may incur a $25 late fee. Continued nonpayment may result in the student’s spot being suspended until payment is received.
Families using scholarships through Step Up For Students are responsible for approving tuition payments through the EMA marketplace in a timely manner. Enrollment reserves a seat for the full session, and families are responsible for the full session tuition once the session begins.
Because class sizes are limited and a seat is reserved specifically for your child, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once the session begins. Missed classes cannot be refunded or credited.
- Elementary Small Group Instruction (two hours twice a week) 12-week session total tuition: $1,680 ($560 a month for 3 months).
