This new event is designed to celebrate the culture, heritage, and craftsmanship of timber and tools. Inspired by successful wood and trade shows across the region, our Expo will feature live demonstrations, skilled artisans, tool vendors, and hands-on educational experiences that highlight the traditions and innovations within the timber and trades community.
As an organization, the Paris Agricultural Society is committed to promoting and conserving agriculture throughout the County of Brant and surrounding areas through our annual fair, while also providing facilities that enrich the health and education of the community. The Paris Timber + Tools Expo aligns naturally with our mission by showcasing skilled trades, heritage techniques, and modern advancements that continue to support rural life, agriculture, and craftsmanship.
We are seeking vendors, partners, and sponsors whose products and values complement this vision — including tool manufacturers and retailers, timber suppliers, woodworking artisans, forestry-related businesses, trade organizations, and educational institutions.
As this is our inaugural year, we are offering an introductory vendor rate of $150 for the full two-day event, which includes:
- Indoor or outdoor vendor space 10'x10'
- Access to one 25-amp electrical outlet
- Promotion through our marketing channels and event materials
Our goal for Year One is to build a strong foundation — bringing together tradespeople, hobbyists, families, and industry leaders in a welcoming, community-focused environment that can grow into a signature annual event.
