Project WET Educator Workshop is a hands-on, engaging professional development experience designed for both formal and informal educators who want ready-to-use, standards-aligned activities focused on water science, climate, and community resilience. Participants explore interactive lessons that build students’ understanding of watersheds, water conservation, water quality, and the impacts of climate change, while modeling inquiry-based teaching strategies that can be immediately implemented in classrooms, nature centers, camps, and afterschool programs. Educators leave with practical tools, adaptable resources, and increased confidence to inspire stewardship, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving around one of our most vital natural resources—water.
