  • Welcome to USC Salkehatchie! We can’t wait to see you on campus this fall!

    To help make your transition to college smooth and successful, all new students are required to attend an orientation session.

    During orientation, you will:

    • Connect with faculty, staff, and fellow students
    • Learn what it’s like to live and learn at USC Salkehatchie
    • Review important campus policies and procedures
    • Discover resources designed to support your academic success
    • Explore your academic program, curriculum, and degree requirements
    • Meet with an advisor and register for classes
    • Receive important financial aid information

    To help with the registration process, please be sure to complete the items listed below:

    1. Take the Math Placement Exam (prior to registration):
    2. Meet advisor to register for courses (prior to orientation):
    3. Select one of the orientation dates below to attend (required):

    Allendale:

    Walterboro:

    To help with the admission process, please be sure you complete the items on th new student checklist prior to your orientation session.

  • While new students are introduced to USC Salkehatchie, parents are invited to visit campus for a separate parent program. You'll meet administrators and faculty members and get a better sense of topics such as residence halls, academic life and the social opportunities on campus.  Please list the names of parents or guardians who will attend orientation with you.  The parent program is optional.
