Meals and Snacks
- Don’t worry about meals—they’re all taken care of! We’ll also provide snacks to keep everyone fueled up throughout the retreat. There will be no dinner served before pick up.
- If your teens want to bring snacks for their room, that’s totally fine! Just skip the soft drinks, juices, or anything super sticky or messy. We’d appreciate it if they clean up any wrappers or crumbs—let’s keep the space fresh and tidy for everyone.
- If this rule isn’t followed, we will have them keep their snacks elsewhere. Let’s work together to keep things clean.
Medications
- Please send any medications in their original packaging and make sure they’re listed on the health and waiver form.
- Our retreat supervisors will handle all medications and distribute them at set times, so everyone stays on track.
- Don’t worry! Our staff is trained in first aid and CPR, and we’ve got plans in place for inclement weather or emergencies. We’re prepared with details on nearby hospitals and emergency services if needed.
Activities
We encourage everyone to come prepared with the proper attire for all activities—think comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes, and swimwear for water-based fun! A positive attitude and a spirit of enthusiasm will go a long way in making the retreat an amazing experience for all.
If you or your teen has any concerns or worries—whether they’re about activities, accommodations, or anything else—please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to ensure everyone feels prepared and excited for what’s ahead!

Rules and Expectations
Cell Phone Policy
To ensure teens get a full night's rest and are ready for our busy days ahead, phones will be collected before lights out each night. They will be returned during downtime at various times throughout the day and again in the evenings before lights out, allowing teens a chance to reconnect responsibly. While we understand that phones are an important part of how teens stay connected, our goal is to encourage everyone to remain engaged and present in the retreat's activities. We ask for respectful phone use throughout the retreat and remind teens to respect others’ boundaries when it comes to taking or sharing photos. Additionally, there’s no need to worry about missing out on capturing special moments during the day. Our staff will be taking plenty of photos and videos, which will be shared with everyone via a photo-sharing link at the end of the retreat for all to enjoy.
Zero Tolerance Policies
- Bullying or physical violence is never okay. If this happens, we’ll contact parents immediately and may have to send the participant home.
- Knives, matches, firecrackers, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs are strictly prohibited. These items are considered contraband, and there will be zero tolerance. If found, they will be collected, parents will be called to pick up their child, and the item will be returned to the parents only.
- No electronics like video games or tablets are allowed at the retreat. Such items will be confiscated and returned to parents. Headphones, however, will be permitted during designated cell phone use times.
General Conduct
- We encourage teens to jump into all the activities with enthusiasm and an open mind—it’ll make the retreat so much more fun!
- Respect for fellow participants, staff, and the camp environment is super important. Let’s work together to make this a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
- Teens should follow the camp rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable retreat. Multiple rule violations or breaking zero-tolerance policies might result in a call home and having the participant leave early.
Additional Information
