If any point is deemed to be false on this contract, you will be removed from the show and forfeit monies paid.

I agree to turn in the necessary paperwork to exhibit. This includes Show Program Information, Sandia Order Forms (optional), Health Paperwork (you or your co-packers manufacturing license when applicable or a business license if you do not have a food product) and The State of New Mexico Gross Receipts ID, using the secure online form that will be sent to me via email on December 16, 2026. Failure to fill out the form by January 28, 2027 will result in forfeiture of space and monies paid. No exceptions. No paperwork will be accepted by email.

I understand that I must remain in my 10X10 space. I understand that I cannot encroach in the walkways, nor my neighbor's space. A $100 fine and/or removal from the show if this is violated.

Please upload your or your co-packers current manufacturing license. You will not be approved unless a current license is uploaded. To be approved to exhibit you must have a current license from where your product is packed. No homemade products of any kind will be accepted. We do not accept products under the Homemade Food Act. Products must be manufactured in a licensed and inspected kitchen. Not providing one will result in a forfeiture of booth and loss of monies paid. If you do not have a food product, please upload your business license.
