CARE Request (Community Accountability Review Engagement)
  • Submit a CARE Request (Community Accountability Review Engagement)

  • Use this form to document concerns related to safety, injuries, accessibility, or serious conduct issues when they cannot be resolved through normal leadership channels.

CARE requests are generally not the starting point for gameplay disputes or team disagreements. If something comes up during a game, please first speak with the game officials, your team captain, or league leadership, who are empowered to help resolve concerns in the moment.

CARE requests help Stonewall Sports DC identify patterns, support safety, and ensure accountability across our leagues.

    • CARE Request Intake Check
    • Before submitting a CARE request, please review the question below.

Many situations can be addressed through captains, game officials, or league leadership without requiring a formal review.

CARE requests are intended for situations involving injuries or medical incedents, serious conduct issues, safety concerns, accessibilty or unresolved issues that require leadership attention.

    • Which of the following best describes your situation?
    • Gameplay disputes, disagreements between participants, or team conflicts are best addressed in the moment with the people closest to the situation. Players are encouraged to raise concerns with the game umpire or referee, their team captain, the opposing team captain, or league leadership during or shortly after the game. These conversations allow officials and team leaders to clarify expectations, resolve concerns quickly, and prevent situations from escalating.

If you need to contact your captain or league leadership, please reach out through your team or league’s normal communication channels.
