Pre-Paid Option 1 - "Estes Park" TWO TACOS - Your guests can order up to 2 of our street tacos, or they can order our Cheese Quesadilla. Taco choices are either Carne Asada (Steak), Adobada (Marinated Pork), Barbacoa (Shredded Beef), or Pollo (Shredded Chicken). All tacos can be topped with cilantro, onions, fresh lime, and our homemade salsa.
Pre-Paid Option 2 - "Vail" FOUR TACOS - Your guests can order 4 of our street tacos, or they can choose to order a Quesadilla with any protein. Taco choices are the same as Option 1.
Pre-Paid Option 3 - "Aspen" TWO ENTREES - The Host may select any TWO of the following Entrees to offer guests: 1) Street Tacos - four tacos per order. All protein choices will be available. 2) Burrito - Choice of protein, rice, beans, cheese, & salsa (Burritos can be Smothered w/Green Chili & Cheese). 3) Quesadilla - Choice of protein, shredded cheese, sour cream, & a side of homemade salsa. 4) Nachos - Regular Nachos OR Loaded Nachos (Add Protein, Tomato, & Sour Cream).
Pre-Paid Option 4 - "Telluride" FOUR ENTREES - The Host may offer guests all FOUR of the Entrees listed in Option 3.
