Vendor Fee: A $20 vendor participation fee is required and must be paid prior to the event. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance.

Event Logistics: Load-in begins at 10:00 AM (two hours prior to event start). All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 11:30 AM. Vendors are required to remain set up for the full duration of the event (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM).
