Volunteer Coordinator: oversee the volunteers for the day. This position starts 2 weeks before the events and 7:45am - 3:30pm June 6
Lead for the Market: oversee all vendors. This position starts 2 weeks before the event and 8:00am - 3:00pm June 6
Lead for the Race: oversee all route marshals and set up markers. This position starts 2 weeks before the event and 8:00 - 12:30pm June 6
Event Set up: 8:00am - 9:30am June 6
Check in table for racers and distribute bags: 9:30am - 10:30am June 6
Route Marshal: Bring the energy and cheer/direct racers. 9:30am - 12pm June 6
Event Clean up: 2:00pm - 3:30pm June 6
Event photographer: 10:00am - 2:00pm June 6

(a) names the SBHANA and City of Edmonton, its elected officials, officers, employees, servants, agents and contractors as parties that are released by the attendee or participant from liability; and (b) includes an indemnification by the attendee or participant of the SBHANA and City of Edmonton, its elected officials, officers, employees, servants ,agents and contractors for liability for any damage to the property of or personal injury to any third party arising in connection with the attendee's attendance at the Premises or the participant's participation in activities on the Premises.
