This Photo, Video, and Media Release (“Release”) is made and entered by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in connection with Participant’s involvement in the Glacier National Park Adventure 2026, as organized and coordinated by Awe + Wonder LLC (“LLC”) and conducted in whole or in party by third-party guides, lodging providers, and transportation providers. 

Participant grants LLC and its designees the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture Participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance during the Activities (collectively, “Media”).

Participant authorizes LLC to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such Media, in whole or in part, for lawful purposes including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising, marketing, social media, websites, print materials, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes, in any format now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy that may be used in connection therewith.

Participant releases and discharges the Released Parties from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misappropriation.

If Participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, Participant must notify LLC in writing prior to the start of the Activities.

I hereby affirm that I have read, fully understand, and accept the term above and am signing this Release voluntarily.
