Please fill in all periods 1 - 4; if you are not applying for a class please select 'Student off Campus'. Note: students may not remain in the building or parking lot if not enrolled in a class.
Note: Period 2 is a two hour class time; classes that meet during that time for a one hour class are marked as 2A (for the first hour) and 2B (for the second hour)
NOTE: Check payment must be received within two weeks of the application date or your spot will be forfeited (bounced or returned checks fee is $25).

If your Application form was submitted successfully, you will receive an immediate automated confirmation to the email address listed on the application form. If you do not receive a confirmation, please try submitting it again. Be sure you also submit all the required forms and payment. You are expected to complete all forms and payment with submission of your application. Should you accidentally miss something, you will be given a grace period of 24 hrs, after the Registrar notifies you of the missing form, to submit the missing pieces of your application without forfeiting your spot.
Your application will be processed within a week and you will receive a personalized confirmation from the Registrar confirming your classes and advising you if your student has been placed on a waitlist. Please read your confirmation carefully.
Please note that your application to the educational resource group (KDO Academy) is provisional and subject to verification. If any issues regarding the student’s eligibility or information arises during the verifications process, the application may be revoked at the discretion of the organization.
