  • Terms and Conditions

    ·         Canine Quality Ltd and employees agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Canine Quality Ltd or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Canine Quality Ltd.

    ·         The client releases Canine Quality Ltd and employees from any and all liability directly or indirectly for injuries to themselves, their dog or damage to any other property of theirs or others which arises in any way out of services provided by Canine Quality Ltd.

    ·         The client understands that there are certain risks involved in dog training and despite precautionary care taken, Canine Quality Ltd and employees cannot take any responsibility for dog fights, dog bites and/or the transmission of disease.

    ·         Canine Quality Ltd cannot be responsible for any complications dogs may suffer or actions of dogs while they are unattended.

    ·         The client understands that all dogs must have a veterinarian and must be up to date on the 5 in 1, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis vaccination with veterinarian approval (vaccination card shown). Canine Quality Ltd reserves the right to refuse services to your dog if he/she does not meet the required vaccination status.

    ·         The client understands that Canine Quality Ltd and its employees are not liable for any consequential indirect loss, damage, fees, costs, or injury or any form suffered by the client or your dog.

    ·         Canine Quality Ltd Reserves the right to refuse services to your dog for any reason at any time.

    ·         Canine Quality Ltd does not diagnose, provided prognoses, or make therapy decisions, nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian

    ·         Canine Quality Ltd reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

    ·         Cancellations will only be credited if the owner has fallen ill, or the dog/s have fallen ill or are injured.

    ·         Cancellations must be received within 12 hours of appointment time, in order to be credited for the training session fee.

    ·         Rescheduling appointments must be made 12 hours before scheduled time.

    ·         Covid Clause – The client agrees to follow Covid-19 rules as per current restrictions via the Government such as carrying out services outdoors if in level 3, wearing masks, social distancing and advising Canine Quality if anyone in the household is feeling unwell, been at a place of interest or a close contact of a positive case. Canine Quality and employees are fully vaccinated however do not require clients to be fully vaccinated in order to obtain our services. We may however ask the client to present a negative test 1 day before our scheduled booking. Canine Quality reserve the right to refuse any services with no refund if the clients fails to comply with these Covid-19 restrictions.

    ·         Packages will need to be completed within 3 months from the beginning of the first session, no refund will be given after this time if the client has not completed their sessions without a valid reason.

    Hours of operation

    ·         Business hours fall between 9am and 2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday by appointment, services are usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule. 

    ·         If clients are running late, Canine Quality Ltd will allow 10-minutes for the client to arrive (no charge) however will be charged a late fee of $10 per 10-minutes there after until a total of 30-minutes has been reached.

    ·         If client has not arrived to scheduled appointment after 10-minutes the appointment will be cancelled with no refund, however can be rescheduled with late fee of $50 adding to payment. 

    Payment

    ·         Payment is expected before or on day of appointment time via cash or Bank Transfer – ANZ 06-0193-0685623-00. Using dogs name and clients last name as reference.

    Variation of Terms and Conditions

    ·         Canine Quality Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions and its pricing subject to client awareness and notification.

     

     

    Privacy

    ·         The client agrees that their dog may be photographed, videoed, and recorded while under the training of Canine Quality Ltd. The client agrees that these photos, videos, and recordings may be used by Canine Quality Ltd in the promotion, marketing, advertising, and publishing of Canine Quality Ltd.

    ·         Under no circumstances will Canine Quality Ltd or its employees share, sell, or reveal the client’s personal information with a third party that is not agreed to by the client. The client must give consent for disclosure if the information of the client is required to be provided to a third party. All information supplied by the client will only be used for contemplated purposes.

    ·         Canine Quality use Video footage for clients to recap everything covered in the session for their own use to review training techniques and practice. The client understands this is for their use only and to be shared with anyone that is part of their dogs training process and not to be shared on social media or anyone other than those are not involved in their dogs training process.

    ·         If Canine Quality or employees take any video documentation, this will remain confidential and for the use of seeing the clients dog’s training journey. Only with permission from the owner, will we use for marketing purposes.

     

    Entire Agreement

    ·         This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Canine Quality Ltd.

    ·         This agreement will take priority over any verbal, or written agreements, negotiations or likewise.

    ·         By signing below the client fully understands and agrees to the contents of this agreement. The client agrees to release Canine Quality Ltd and its employees from any and all liability for injuries to the client or their dog, or damage to the client’s property.

    ·         The client understands that there are risks involved with their dog participating in public consultations. These include but are not limited to dog bites, fights, and disease transmission.

    ·         The client understands the use of video footage to be taken at the end of sessions as a form of review from the client’s phone for their use only or those immediately involved in their dogs training process and not to be shared with anyone else or on social media.

    ·         I hereby agree to the above conditions and Canine Quality Ltd Fees, Terms, and Conditions which applies to all services provided by Canine Quality Ltd.
