Pre-Approved Continuing Education Sessions are not guaranteed and MAY be offered with a minimum of 15 guests who are interested in attending. You and your travel partner (if applicable) will receive an additional form to gauge interest in CE seminars once you have officially booked your cabin. In the event CE Hours are offered related to this retreat, they may be virtual or in person, on land or at sea and will not exceed 5 (five) clock hours and may be as little as 3 (three) clock hours depending on logistics.

If you are interested in receiving CE credits for any entity other than NCRA or Texas JBCC, please submit your request in writing via email to XX.with.KimXavier@gmail.com no later than 180 days prior to sailing to allow time for research of the application process and to assess feasibility based on number of guests interested.

Please review and acknowledge the following statements. If you are traveling with a partner, they will be emailed the following and requested to sign for our records as well. All guests in our group must provide signed acknowledgements, waivers, and releases. XTRAordinary Xperiences with the Xaviers, LLC reserves the right to remove any cabins from our group block if guests have not completed all acknowledgements, waivers, and releases within 3 calendar days of booking.

CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS

I understand and acknowledge that pre-approved Continuing Education seminars are NOT guaranteed and MAY be offered virtually pre-cruise, on land, and/or at sea with a minimum of 15 guests who are interested in attending and paying for applicable event packages that include CE sessions. I understand that in the event CE Hours are offered, they may be as little as 3 hours, not to exceed 5 hours. This determination may not be made before all final cruise fare payments have been made.
LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand, acknowledge, and agree that participation in events, travel, retreats, cruises, excursions, and activities hosted or organized by XTRAordinary Xperiences with the Xaviers, LLC ("XXX") may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, sickness, accident, emotional distress, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks, injuries, losses, or damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, that may occur before, during, or after my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless XXX, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in any XXX-hosted or XXX-associated experience or event. I understand that XXX is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party vendors, venues, cruise lines, airlines, transportation providers, hotels, excursion operators, or other service providers.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE.

I understand and acknowledge that this is a group trip and photos and videos will be taken and shared by fellow guests as well as XTRAordinary Xperiences with the Xaviers, LLC. I grant XTRAordinary Xperiences with the Xaviers, LLC ("XXX") the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and participation during XXX events and experiences. I understand and agree that such photos and videos may be used by XXX for marketing, promotional, educational, website, social media, advertising, and other business purposes, in any format and media now known or later developed. I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of these images or recordings and waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.
