Individual: $25 p/player plus $50 Fundraising Commitment (Kids game participants are not expected to fundraise)
What does my registration fee get me?
- One 60 minute 5-on-5 Game
- Ticket to Market Brewing Charity Social (Adult Participants Only)
Before you register please be aware of the following:

Payment can be made via Cash or e-transfer to hockeyforgrace@gmail.com

If you have multiple people who wish to play together please list them on the registration form request spot. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Teams will be made up of 15 players and a goalie.

Teams are named in honor of littles lost too soon. Each participant will receive a link to their "In Loving Memory Of" page where they can get to know the child they are playing in honor of. We ask that all players share this page with friends and family which includes a donation section. All proceeds raised are donated to Emily's House Children's Hospice.
