  • Pickup & supervision

    • Drop-off: no earlier than 8:50 AM. Camp begins at 9:00 AM.
    • Pickup: Half-day by 1:15 PM. Full-day by 4:15 PM.
    • Supervision begins at 9:00 AM and ends at the scheduled pickup time.
    • Only authorized pickup adults listed on this form may pick up your child. Photo ID may be requested.
    • K&M Music Company is not responsible for students who arrive before the official drop-off time or remain after the scheduled pickup time.
    • $15 late fee per 15 minutes after the pickup grace period.

  • 🏥 Health & Allergies

    • Please keep your child home if they have a fever, vomiting/diarrhea, or any contagious symptoms.
    • If a child becomes ill during camp, parent or guardian pickup is required within 30 minutes.
    • Please list all allergies clearly so we can plan snacks and activities safely.

  • 📸 Photo / Video Consent

    During camp, K&M Music Company may take photos and short videos for class recaps, the Friday showcase, and marketing (website, social media, flyers). Your child will not be identified by full name in public posts without additional permission. Please choose your consent option below.

  • Key Policies (Please Read)

    • Personal Instruments / Equipment: Students who bring personal instruments or electronics do so at their own risk. K&M Music Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
    • Behavior: Students must follow staff instructions and treat instructors and fellow campers respectfully. K&M Music Company may dismiss a student for unsafe or disruptive behavior. If dismissed for misconduct, tuition will not be refunded.
    • Absences: Illness, vacation, or personal conflicts do not qualify for refunds.
    • Makeups: Missed camp days are not made up unless K&M Music Company cancels a session.
    • Friday Showcase: Students are expected to participate in the Friday performance showcase.
    • School Equipment: Students are expected to handle all instruments, furniture, and equipment with care.
    • Damage to Property: If a student intentionally or negligently damages K&M Music Company property, musical instruments, equipment, or facility property, the parent or guardian may be financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
    • Electronic Devices: Phones, tablets, and other personal electronics should not be used during instruction unless approved by instructors.

  • Payment & Reservation

    • Reservation Deposit: To reserve a spot in camp, a $100 deposit is required after your registration is confirmed by email. This deposit secures your child’s place in the selected camp session.
    • Deposit Policy: The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable, as spaces are limited and held specifically for your child once reserved.
    • Full Payment: The remaining camp balance will be invoiced beginning in May. Full payment must be completed before the start of the camp session.
    • Unpaid Registrations: If the deposit or remaining balance is not paid within the requested timeframe, the reserved spot may be released to another student.
    • If K&M Cancels: In the unlikely event that K&M Music Company cancels a camp session, all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

    • Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in music camp activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to movement-related injuries, trips or falls, hearing fatigue from instruments or amplified sound, illness exposure, and loss or damage to personal property.
    • Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless K&M Music Company Corp., K&M Music School, and their owners, instructors, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my child’s participation in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    • Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency and if I cannot be reached, I authorize K&M staff to call 911 and obtain emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
    • Property Responsibility: I understand that students who bring personal instruments or equipment do so at their own risk. K&M Music Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
    • Behavior & Safety: I agree that my child will follow all camp rules and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
    • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in San Diego County.
