    Method of Transport: Southern Cross Transit (Bus fitted with seatbelts) and 22 Seater Budget Bus driven by Educator - Jeffrey Mate (LR license approval)

    Return Time to Service:  12:45 pm

    Estimate Travel Time:  30 minutes for each journey

    Period the child will be away from the service: 3.5 hours

    Estimate Travel Time: 30 minutes for each part of journey

    Period the child will be away from the service: 5.5 hours

    Proposed Activities: Children will be partaking in playing the arcade games at this Timezone indoor centre and then  will then travel to and utilise the play areas at Calamvale Park, including their Zip wire.

    Departure Time from Service: 8:30 am (Group 1) 10:30 am (Group 2) - Arrive by 8:00 am

    Return Time to Service: 10:45 am (Group 1) 12:30 pm (Group 2)

    Estimate Travel Time: 15 minutes

    Period the child will be away from the service: 2 hours per group

    Educator to Child Ratio: 1:8

    Estimated Number of Accompanying Educators: 8 in total split into 2 groups plus extra ratio for bus journey

    Estimated Number of Children Attending: 48 in total split into 2 groups

    Proposed Activities: Children will be participating in Gymnastic activities in the main gym as arranged by the Trainers at Splitz Gym, including circuits, bar and beam work..

    Return Time to Service: 12:00 pm

    Estimate Travel Time:  15 minutes

    Period the child will be away from the service: 3 hours

    Educator to Child Ratio: 1:8

    Estimated Number of Accompanying Educators: 7

    Estimated Number of Children Attending: 48

    Proposed Activities: Children will be playing on the inflatable obstacles and jumping castles available at the venue.

    Cost: $97 (Total day cost)

  • AGREEMENT

    By ticking the consent box below and signing this form, parents/guardians agree to the following :

    • I agree to notify the service if my child is not attending their booked session.
    • I understand that if my child/ren do not arrive before the start of their group times for excursions, they will miss out on the experience and charges will still apply.
    • I understand that my child will be attending an excursion off site, as per the travel details listed above if booked for the excursion. Any changes to these details will be communicated immediately.
    • I have discussed with my child/ren the importance of following educator directions & instructions (any child displaying inappropriate behaviour will result in a review of ability to attend further excursions).
    • I understand there is no refund for cancellations of excursions or assisiated bus charges from time of booking if notice is not given by the assigned cut off date located on the program.
    • I will ensure my child/ren wears the appropriate clothes to excursions (including YELLOW shirt and closed in shoes)
    • I will ensure my child/ren has packed appropriate safety atire for activities where required (e.g. Helmet).
    • I confirm that the service has my child's updated information (e.g. medical/contact)
