Contractors Timesheet Form

This form is to be used for WKFC contractors wishing to submit timesheets. Timesheets should be submitted on a monthly basis. The form will be routed to the Executive Director for review. If approved it will be automatically routed to the Club Treasurer who will proceed with payment via e-transfer.
