Terms and conditions:

1. This form is for CF22 pick up and post-event mail order.

2. Please pick up your order during the event. If you fail to pick up your order during the designated time, we will contact you to discuss about shipping option. Please keep in mind that you will be charged with extra shipping cost.

3. If one doesn't respond within the designated time given for the follow-up (within 30 days of first contact), we are allowed to terminate your order and your payment are non-refundable.

4. Please keep in mind to fill out your information correctly. We are not responsible for orders that aren't properly delivered due to false/incomplete address information.

5. For group orders prices will be set in USD.

6. Refunds* and cancellations are not possible
