Wild Wisdom Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver

By registering for and attending the Wild Wisdom – Nature & Creativity Experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Parent Supervision
This event is designed as a parent-supervised experience.
Parents or legal guardians must remain present for the entire duration of the event and are solely responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of their child/children.

Nature Environment
Activities will take place outdoors in a natural environment and may include uneven terrain, exposure to plants, natural materials, weather conditions and nature-based activities.

I understand these conditions may involve inherent risks.

Health & Medical Responsibility
Some activities may involve herbs, plants, teas and natural materials.

These are provided for educational and experiential purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

I acknowledge that:

It is my responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions for myself or my child/children.
I am responsible for seeking my own medical advice regarding the use of herbs or natural products.
Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event for myself and my child/children.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless:

Willow Healing (a project of Willow Vision), Catherine Crestani, facilitators, assistants, venue owners and affiliates

from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or liabilities arising from participation in this event.
