  • The TBCSA ENTERPRISE START- UP PROGRAMME 2026 is designed to strengthen Black-owned Start-Up and early-stage Tourism Businesses. Implemented by Sigma International in partnership with Tourism Business Council of South Africa, the programme provides enterprise support for selected businesses, including business compliance support, business model development, financial literacy, tourism training workshops, marketing development, and business pitch preparedness for market opportunities.     Eligibility Summary To be considered, applicants must: • Be a South African citizen • Be at least 51%Black-owned • Operate (or intend to operate)within the tourism and hospitality value chain • Be an early-stage tourism entrepreneur, start-up, or informal business • Be trading for at least one year OR at an idea stage with clear tourism potential • Be located within or near the specified tourism nodes as specified in the advert Priority will be given to youth and women entrepreneurs. Applicants must be willing to formalise their business (CIPC registration and compliance) if not yet registered . Demonstrated commitment to participate fully in the 6-month programme
