By my Signature below, I attest that I am the client to receive coaching / consulting services provided by PCOD Group LLC or that I am the authorized contact person for the organization to receive coaching / consulting services. I understand that the information provided to the client is for educational (fair use educational , informational, awareness, and educational (fair use under the 1976 Copyright Act Section 107) purposes. I also understand that as the client and/or authorized designee for the client, I and/or the client shall indemnify, defend and hold coach/consultant and its present and future officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents ("Indemnified Parties") to the fullest extent permitted by law and hold him/her/them harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, lawsuits, losses, damages, judgments, joint or several, and shall pay costs and expenses (including counsel's fees and expenses) as they are incurred in connection with the investigation of, preparation for or defense of any pending or threatened claim or any action or proceeding arising there from, that coach/consultant incurs as a result of all claims and demands of any nature or kind whatsoever brought against the coach/consultant and its present and future officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents as a result of its performance in good faith of duties and obligations required of him/her/them hereunder.
