Event Responsibilities & Liability
Project Sweet Peas may provide guidance when possible but is not responsible for organizing, staffing, funding, or managing the event.
The event organizer is responsible for:
- Planning and executing the event or activity.
- Obtaining any required permits, licenses, or insurance.
- Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to fundraising or charitable solicitation.
Use of Name and Logo
Any use of the Project Sweet Peas name, logo, or branding must be approved in advance.
Approval of this does not grant exclusive rights to host fundraising events or activities benefitting Project Sweet Peas.
Cancellation
Either the organizer or Project Sweet Peas may cancel participation in the event at any time. Any funds already collected for the benefit of Project Sweet Peas must still be submitted according to the guidelines in this agreement.
Liability
The event organizer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Project Sweet Peas, including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the organization or execution of the fundraising event or activities.

- I agree to comply with these terms
- I am authorized to organize this event
