    Participation Guidelines for All Contestants Age 10 and Above

  • Welcome  to the Virtual Contest!  The following Rules are designed to ensure a fair, enjoyable . and safe experience for all participant ages 10 and above. ( Please read the rules carefully before entering the contest

    Eligibility Requirements

    To enter the Contest, participants must meet the following:

    Age Requirement

    Participants must be at least 10 years old on the date of registration.
    Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate, school ID) may be required at the organizer’s discretion.

    Residency

    Open to individuals from Clarksville and the surrounding communities.
    The contest is open to  individuals with access  to a stable internet connection and  the necessary  equipment (of (smart phone. Tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.)
    Employees or  their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

    Registration

    All Contestants must complete the official online registration form with accurate information and by the stated deadline.
    Registration is not complete until confirmation has been received via email.
    Contestants under the age of 18 must  obtain a parental/guardian notarized signature
    Consent to Participate Form that is provided

     Talent Categories

    Contestants may  perform in only one of the following

    categories singing, dancing, or Spoken Word

          Group performances are not allowed

          Each performance must not exceed 1 minute in length

          All material must be appropriate for a general audience

          Content with offensive language, violence or explicit material is prohibited

  • Submission Guidelines

    This form can be viewed and filled out on a on a phone, but would be best viewed or edited by using a tablet of computer

  • Make sure your video does not containt unappropriate language, images, or sounds. 

    Each entry must follow these:

    Format
    Video submissions only (MP4 preferred). .MOV Accepted

    Maximum length 1 minute

    Content
    One performance per entry and one performer per entry

    Categories:

    Singing

    Dancing

    Spoken Word

    Quality
    Videos should have clear audio and visuals.

    No offensive or inappropriate content.

    No backgrounds or Costumes will be considered in the  judging process but should be Appropriate and safe for online  viewers.

    How to Submit
    Upload link or file via the official submission portal.

    Include your full name, age, category, and contact email.

    No technical assistance will be available for trouble shooting submissions
