Eligibility: Current Members only, Artist may submit 2 pieces of any medium

Acceptance Fee: $25 for 1st piece and $15 for 2nd piece accepted; no fee for entry if not accepted

Sales: 25% Commission on sales, all exhibited works must be for sale

Awards: Best of Show, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, 2 Merit, 3 Honorable Mention PLUS multiple special awards!

- Must be the title of your painting ONLY
- Must not include your name or other information
Requirements:
Entries must comply with MGAL Exhibition Rules listed in the MGAL yearbook and website.
- Max width size framed 30"
- No nudity in artwork
- No work to leave before the exhibition closes
- Frames must have D-Rings and wire for hanging
- Gallery wrap with finished sides is acceptable
If Accepted:
- Pay your acceptance fee(s) online or at drop off
- Deliver work to Trezevant, Friday May 15th, 2026 from 9:30 - 10:30 am
- Each work must have two 3 x 5 cards, attached separately to the back with: artist's name, address, phone, email, title of work, size, price
- All information must match this entry form
- Pick up work from Trezevant on June 26 from 9:30 - 10:30 am

I do hereby agree to waive any right or claim against MGAL and/or Trezevant Manor, their successors or assigns, and release and/or hold harmless said parties from any claims, actions, causes of actions, damages and/or costs (active, constructive or implied) that may now arise, or shall arise in the future out of an art showing of the work submitted for this exhibition, which I do own, and which is to be exhibited and/or sold for a price listed on the entry form. Such waiver and/or release includes but is not limited to fire, theft, negligence on the part of said parties, individually or collectively, and that of others and the moving, transporting and storage of said property.
